With the support of Suresh Kute, Chairman of the Kute Group, Madhu Tyagi and Prince Tyagi have been working towards women's empowerment for the past six years. To economically and socially empower women, they have provided training to more than 50,000 women, particularly from the Marathwada region, especially Beed district.
Additionally, over 5,000 women have been employed, and 6,000 Dalits and sons of the soil have been provided jobs through initiatives by Kute Group, Pranavayu Health Services, and E-Tech India.

Rajesh Shukla announced that, with the support of IIT Madras and Pune University, he plans to start six more centers to train and educate women on how to participate in elections and achieve political empowerment.
Minister Ajay Mishra also praised Rajesh Shukla for his efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic in developing oxygen generators (Pranavayu) and for the success of the Khelo India initiative.

Under the leadership of Venu Sable and Samyak Sable, the "Padhega Bharat" initiative is providing education and training to sons of the soil and women, helping them create livelihoods through skill development.

Jago Naari was founded by Madhu Tyagi with the vision of enabling local women to become active and engaged in politics. The primary goal is to train and support women for active political participation, including the implementation of 33% reservation for women in politics. Under the leadership of Prince Tyagi, Venture Studio Capital is helping with fundraising and overall business strategy.
